Our Story

Established in 1947, Glen Erie Farms is a multi-generational family farm that specializes in ethically raising Black Angus beef cattle. Our sustainable farming practice promotes and nurtures the well-being of the land and animals in order to produce the finest beef for our consumers and to ensure the farm continues to grow and thrive for generations to come.

Our herd is born and raised on the farm thus assuring the animals receive the same high standard of care throughout their lifetimes. The cows and calves graze the pasture during the spring, summer and fall and are brought inside during the winter to consume home grown forage and grain. We find that pasture and grain finishing produces healthy cattle with delicious marbling and tender cuts.
